Sometimes it can be difficult to know where to start or how to take the first steps into being yourself after you have lived by other people’s standards for so long. Jack has coached hundreds of people not to believe everything they were told, how to be confident in who they are, and how to take the biggest leap of their life in being fully authentically themselves and living out their purpose.
Class Information
Jack provides one-on-one and group coaching services with personal accountability, exercises tailored to the client, videos, and weekly coaching sessions. Jack is straightforward with his clients and honest. The most popular program that Jack is always asked about is his intense 3–6-month leadership coaching program.
Disaster Management
We offer training and facilitation in leading yourself and others before, during and recovery of natural and man-made disasters. Building on self-reliance, building resiliency and bringing communities together. Just imagine a community that is led by a growth mindset leader. They look for opportunities for growth, partnerships, community involvement, and communication. SPC will take leaders through scenarios that will challenge their leadership skills, thinking, and thought process. Corporate Wellness
Developing and Living with A Growth Mindset is the cornerstone of corporate wellness. Mentally healthy employees and fully engaged, feel safe, and have a positive out look on themselves, their fellow employees and communicate and lead from a place of authenticity and confidence. They know who they are. Corporate wellness includes, will work with the Human Resource manager on the health of the workplace, stress reduction, and employee field days, lunch and learns, transformational programs and, clients come away from the program with a better sense of purpose, meaning and personal mission, not only for themselves but for the company as well.
